How to remove shower sealant from tiles?

So the other night I re-sealed my shower tray which had a few small leaks. I meant to mask the wall and lip of the tray but completely forgot :o! The result was I made a pig's diddy of it!

I put too much sealant on and when I smoothed it out it crept up the tiles so now I have a rather large area of seal which looks crap! What's the easiest way to remove it? It's pretty hard to get off (it took me ages to remove the old seal which had been professionaly done). Do I use a safety blade to try and shave it off or is there an easier way?
