iPad Tethering Over 3G/4G Cellular connection.

    Hi folks,

    Can anyone shed a bit of light, I have a 4th gen Ipad with 4G sim from 3, but cannot find a way to utilise the wireless hotspot option. IE: it appears to be non existent.
    I'm not sure if this is carrier or iPad related. I used the same SIM card in an android phone to share my 3G connection in the past.
    I'm running ios 7.1 on the iPad.
