Tesco Clubcard points

Just checked my online clubcard points statement, and nearly fell off my chair, only 21 points were added, although I've spent a lot more than €21 over the past few weeks. There seems to be an issue at the moment with some clubcard holders accounts.

So if you are a Tesco customer, check your clubcard statement when you get a chance!!

I think your vouchers are in the post, 21 is what's left over from the last posting.

give them a call just in case, it's free.

have you ordered a new card or anything recent.

Gave them a call, the points hadn't been added. I checked my banking online and gave the customer care rep the amounts I'd spent over the past while. They only had one transaction on file, it was a recent trip that cost 21e. The guy said that they had recieved a few calls as of late in relation to the same. So I just said I pop up a post to let others know. The guy was very helpful and added on the points from the transactions that gone through.

Oh yeah, it's as well you called, nobody would notice until you get no vouchers.
