Tried doing this on their website, but it's not working. Anyone any idea? We really need to know before tomorrow, and if the bus is cheaper, which bus do we take?

Do you have a Leap card as the difference in cash fare can be a good saving.

Bus is €2.50 if you look up transportforireland.ie all there

I just did it on the site, works fine. It's €2.70 one way. Bus is cheaper. Go to the Dublin Bus site and it will show all the routes that go to Tallaght from the city centre. Leap card €2.50. Luas fares change depending on time of day, peak hours cost more than off peak etc.

If you do go with the Luas, the Busaras stop is 30 seconds away from Connolly and has a more frequent service.

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

The information given above is incorrect.

    The fares are as follows:

    Cash:
    LUAS (From Busaras) - €2.70 (€2.80 07:45-09:30) One way / €5 Return
Bus (Route 27 from beside Connolly LUAS stop) - €3.05

    LEAP:
    LUAS - €2.30
    Bus - €2.50

    Therefore LUAS is cheaper.

So if I took it at about 4 it'll be 2.70?

    If you pay cash, yes.

If you use LEAP it is €2.30.
