Hey guys, so I'm 16 years old and am looking for a job for the weekends and summer,I've made up a cv but want to know of any tips to make it better!
Then today I went about handing out cv's one after another not expecting anything but trying, I ended up with an interview for a coffee shop later that day, I think it went well but need more tips and points for interviews as I never done one before this. What should I do before every interview?

pa limerick you sound like a guy with his head well screwed on. You already have a good attitude to interviews. However some of the basics include being reasonable well dressed, not necessarily with a suit but 'Smart Casual'. Arrive a little bit before the specified time. Don't mention too many past times or hobbies that might suggest you will be looking for time off. Compliment the employer on their business if you get the opportunity. If you are going for service type jobs have an answer ready for 'how do you deal with an awkward customer or with a customer's complaint. Before the interview practice answering imaginary questions. Best of luck.
