The Old Mill shop is good.

But you can't beat Healy's in Blackpool. Best cakes around!

Best bought big cakes in cork are fitzpatricks in glountaune by a mile. Way better than old mill in my experience. All made fresh every day, no preservatives or fake ingredients. They take orders very seriously, get their spelling spot on for writing, give you an exact time for pickup. Strawberry cream sponge is light and fluffy, a real crowd pleaser of a cake.

Best small cakes are from that shop on anglesea street... Name is gone from my head though.

Another vote for Brackens. They're in Paul St and Blackpool.
