Tax Book Query

    Hi Folks,

    Last October I had used the form RF150 to make a declaration of non-use (Form RF150). Due to more farm work, I'm attempting to go ahead & tax it as it will be used on the road in the near future.
    Now that I'm looking to tax it, I've run into a problem with taxing it as I never got the Tax Book from the owner who has since passed away. What I would like to know is if anyone could direct me on where to go to apply for a Tax Book for this vehicle. I have the Engine No & Chassis No along with the Number on the Tractor.
    If anyone could assist me on this I would appreciate it.
