iPhone 5S battery gotten very bad

I've my phone since the end of November and its battery has deteriorated very quickly over the last few weeks.

Today it got 6 hours of moderate use -50% brightness with no draining location-based apps or games before going dead.

I don't get it. I'd say something if I was playing games, using 3G and GPS apps flat out, but I wasn't. I was only browsing over wifi. My email is even set to manual as apposed to push notification and my back apps were closed to save battery.

This can't be normal for such a new phone? I remember my iPhone 4 lasted 3 years before getting similarly bad.

What iOS version are you on? 7.1 has a lot of people seeing poor battery life - http://9to5mac.com/2014/03/13/ios-7-1-makes-everything-faster-including-your-battery-drain/

Download iBackup Bot and post your battery statistics by clicking on the phone and then more information inside the programe and it will give you stats on how much battery capacity you have left.

That will give you an indication if it's software related or an issue with the battery itself.
