How can I get away with using office meeting chairs as dining chairs?

So, I hate pretty much every dining chair I've ever sat on. And I'd like people I have over for dinner to be comfortable.

I'm looking at options at the right height, accessibility and with the right look for a dining set. The ideal thing would be if I could use compact office chairs like the Herman Miller Aeron Meeting Chair (I have an offer of some in charcoal and cheap) or similar.

I just can't figure out a suitable table to match them without it all looking a bit silly.

Anyone got any ideas or am I just trying to make a square peg fit in a round hole?
