    Hi,

I recently had a dish from an Indian restaurant called "Newari Lamb" and it was diced lamb in a creamy, spicy sauce.

The description on the menu was "lamb cooked in a mild sauce with Himalayan spices".

I've looked online and cannot find any recipes for this dish at all and I'd love to recreate it at home, so I'm looking for a recipe and would greatly appreciate if anyone could post or recommend a recipe to try please.

The newari people are native to Kathmandu in Nepal.

Unfortunately when you search for nepal lamb curry you get quite a lot of different recipes so happy hunting.
