Huge water intake

    I'm 6' 4" and 16 stone. I'm not very muscular but I'm no slob either.

    The thing is, on days I work out I drink 6 liters of sparkling water and 4 on days I don't. I have to do this to ensure I fell good and ensure my urine is clear. is this normal? Maybe I should drink normal water instead of sparkling water?
