can you import buildings etc into xbox mincraft?

Hi Guys, I have seen some amazing buildings etc on xbox players maps, friends of my daughter have some, and was wondering can you import them from somewhere else and place them on minecraft? as there is no way these are being made by 9 yr olds :) As far as i know you can do a lot of this on the pc version. Thanks

Short answer: nope

The means to do it on the PC are through third party modifications and not something Mojang themselves have written.
