    So with the elections looming who do people think will win the 10 seats in the sligo area and the 8 seats in the south sligo area...

    Why not post up a thread with a poll on it? You'd probably have got responses by now. There a few obvious certainties, it's the end scrap that will be interesting.

    Doubt he'll top it. he didn't last time. He cost himself a lot of votes over the regeneration project in Cranmore and his behavior over the eastern link project

    New area, alot more of the town included where he would be strong, maybe eastern bridge and Cranmore will affect him but think he'll still be near top....who else will get the 1,700 votes needed, that apparently will be the quota....him or sean McManus maybe
