    The only part I would tend to disagree with is this:
    As an investigative modus operandi in ghost hunting, the stakeout (or “lockdown,” as it's sometimes melodramatically called) has a 100 percent track record of failure; of the hundreds of stakeouts conducted by ghost hunters, not a single one has yielded any significant evidence of ghosts.

    .... and mainly because the author would have needed to review every single ghost hunt ever to be able to say that. Otherwise, it kinda backs the point that paranormal investigating is in no way scientific (common sense is more important)
