I have a tendon (or something, not a biologist!) in my ankle that I can move to make a loud cracking noise. It can propel small objects up into the air as well; you can see it moving!

I can hold up the wedding ring finger without needing to raise any other fingers at the same time....when I put my hands flat on the table I can raise it up and then flick it on the table :')

I can, and always have been able to move my eyes from side to side at high speed..... Now I remember I use to do it 'willy-Nilly' back in the day for amusement... Yup, I can do that. Very hard to explain though, I can do it with all my fingers- bend them at the top joint while the rest of the finger is straight.

Rather useless, other than scaring people by making them think you broke your finger.
