Concrete bases on mobile homes

    Hey ! Wondering if anyone can put me straight... Old mobile is coming out and new one being put in but the caretaker has said that the Council are ordering that a concrete base must be laid, it's cost will be €1,500 and I'm liable for it ! I pay a yearly fee of €2000 for the pitch. I don't own it - the mobile site own it. Am I being taken by the short and curleys? I can't find any literature on this issue anywhere ... Thanks in advance :)

    wheres your mobile home? what happens if you leave?
