The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State is, afaik, a one man blog.
The Brussels Common Law Court of Justice, is, afaik, self appointed and has nothing to do with the Belgian legal system.

They were both in the news last year when they "prosecuted" the Queen of England, a couple of popes and few heads of state for child abuse or something.
