Dilemma with MusicMaker

Right so, I had a Snare pad(DTX 520k) that malfunctioned so I had to bring it back to Musicmaker for a replacement. I brought it back in the first weeks of February but up to this point I never got it yet. I kept contacting them for updates but I only get ''Sorry we will try our best to get it for you within two weeks... etc''. What should I do? Should I just wait or what?

I think you have the wrong forum. The "Consumer Issues" one would be more appropriate IMO.

    Hey schmadladz!

I'm really sorry about the delay you've experienced in relation to your replacement pad. We are awaiting stock to be delivered from Yamaha and your replacement pad is one of those items, it is just regrettably taking an unusually long time to get our hands on it. Can you please drop me a line on nigel [at] musicmaker.ie so i can keep you up to date on how things are moving and see if we can come up with a solution to keep you going until the replacement arrives? I can assure you we are trying our very best to get this for you as quickly as possible.I'm sorry it's taken so long and the information you've been given thus far has been less than helpful.I'll be your point of contact going forward and feel free to get in touch with me anytime.

    Nigel
