    Hey guys,
    I'm looking to get my name sorted out as I've been putting it on the long finger for a number of years.

    The name on my birth cert is Gerry Fake-Name.
    My mother then separated from Mr. Name and then decided to change my name to Gerry Fake.

    She then remarried and in her infinite wisdom changed my name to Gerry New.

    All my cards, accounts, important stuff are in the Gerry New name. But I really want to change it. Back to Gerry Fake, my mothers maiden name.

    Do I need, yet another, Deed Poll or can I just change back with social welfare etc?
