Is Grazon safe to spray on hedgerows to control brambles, briars etc ????

I have a perimeter hedgerow of about 6 kilometers, it's approx 1.5 meters high and fairly thick, consists of whitethorn, blackthorn and ash mostly. We keep it cut wt flail.

The briars and brambles are very unsightly, Grazon will control them very well but I'm wondering if it will also kill any of the hedge it hits ??

Labels seem to recommend different solution strenghts for different applications.

Any body have any experience ???

Grazon is a great product but expensive. I reserve it for use on gourse bushes.
Nettle ban/scrub clear would be a cheaper option... If you can be careful and avoid covering entire hedge you would be okish

But if you need to drown the entire hedge you would be in trouble.

I think it kills everything but conifers and grass . the only way would be to spray before the leaves come out on hedge but it probably wouldn't be absorbed well that early in the year
