hitch for a bike

just wanted opinions on the attachment you use on your car for a bike-a bike hitch basically. I want something foolproof so i can get it on and off the car easily, that i can get the bike secured into easily and i suppose being reasonably skangerproof would be a help!!

I have one of these...got it in Halfords (loads of 10 & 15% off vouchers available for there)
