UPC modem: username & password?

UPC were just round installing my new modem, and I'd like to change the SSID and password, from Googling the problem I found this: http://support.upc.ie/app/answers/detail/a_id/406/related/1/~/check-wireless-settings
So I went to http://192.168.100.1/, and am presented with this: http://puu.sh/8goGh.jpg
According to the support page, I am then to leave the username field blank, and enter "admin" into the password field. I've tried this, aswell as trying everything else I could think of, and all of it results in "Given username and/or password is/are wrong". I've read through the documentation which they left here, and couldn't find a username or password there. I also tried the SSID and it's password, though, as I expected, they didn't work either.

Anyone know what the username and password are? Or do I have to contact UPC to find out?
