Hi, I have a 2nd interview for a management/business development role in a few days and am looking for a bit of advice. I have to do a 15 min presentation on y first six months in the role, so far I have the following slide titles:
    Internal relationship building
    Staff meetings
    Current contract evaluation
    Competitor profiling

Any other ideas to help me along? I would really appreciate any input :)

Have an introductory slide at the start and a nice slide to end inviting questions

I'd take out staff meetings, and include something about sources of information for contracts e.g. etenders.ie and one also on customer profiles/relationship progression

How about a SWOT analysis? Your team, company and or products?

    http://www.businessballs.com/swotanalysisfreetemplate.htm

Where is the industry going and what is your co. doing about it? What should they be doing?

Where are you going to generate business for the company in the next 1-3 yrs?

Can you demonstrate some good industry knowledge?

I'm always impressed when I learn something new at one of these sessions - just make sure it's accurate.
