Black Spot On seems a massive price at 14\1 given he's fit, has a claimer taking off 5 and has form tying in with several of these. Certainly think there's juice in it. Ladbrokes also go a stand out 5\1 about King of Brega who I feel could be very well handicapped, and has been in the tracker a while.

Black Spot On has no chance with the ground drying out so much.

Ground will be same for everyone. Sometimes the obvious needs mentioning

Little King Robin 14-1 ew Seems a much easier task than her last two outings. Good record on ground too

    3:55 Plumpton

This is a very nice race for a Sunday and one of my old favourites arrives here in good form. Local Hero’s record in these good ground fast 2m mile end of season races is very good. He seems to always be competitive, but when you see him placing this year in a couple of similar races on soft ground in Jan/Feb you’d have to think he is at the top of his game as he will be much better on the good ground here. He also ran an eye-catching race at Cheltenham when he travelled really well and just didn’t stay the extra 4 furlongs up the hill, but that in my mind showed his current form. There are a couple of unexposed ones in this but the selection is proven of higher marks than this in these race and 10.5 with the couple of non-runners is great value.

2 Points win 10.5 Betfair Local Hero

I’m going to have a small saver on another favourite of mine solely for the simple reason that if the party is going to get started I’m going to be there. Dan Breen is down to a workable mark and although he has most of his form on soft ground he has run well on good before and is simply too big a price. Paddy Power have a special of money back if 2nd or 3rd and with 20/1 on that offer it can’t be missed.

    1 Point win 20/1 Bet365 Dan Breen

Fancy Leviathan in the 3:55 at Plumpton to grab a place. Think the course will suit it a lot better than Aintree did where it flopped badly. Biggest price is 25/1 at PaddyPower rather surprisingly.

Also have Captain Hox in the bumper at Cork. Watched this last time out when it surprised me to take second. Tony Martin might just feel he's onto something here by throwing him into another bumper. Think this one can go one better today and at 20/1 it looks a tasty price.

Jim Goldie always worth watching on the Scottish tracks. Had a good winner at a nice price the other day with Jonny Delta. Same connections run Caledonia in the 15:35 at Musselburgh. Has strong claims if building on his last flat run at York, form has worked out well enough. 2m on good looks his optimum, was thought of highly enough of last year to run in the champion bumper, mark of 67 could be exploitable. Had both Dr Irv and Twelve Strings in behind at York that day.

Bluehell is supposed to be well treated today at fairyhouse. Mullins couldn't believe the handicapper dropped him 5lbs after LTO.

Mullins has a large amount of fallers over fences. Has he ever trained a chaser that hasn't hit the deck. :pac:

Never bought into that too much but starting to now. Be interesting to see how Vautour and Faugheen get on over fences next season. Both are machines but wouldn't be taking a short price about either over a fence, Faugheen in particular.
