dead sheep vs zombie bank

    this thread may be in the wrong forum
    but can someone tell me why if I fail to dispose of correctly and RECORD the death of a dead ewe or other sheep movement on or of my farm my entire SFP will be lost (zero tolerance)
    yet when the financial regulator has a meeting with the ceo of anglo to discuss the mess they were in,
    he can't even remember never mind produce minutes of the meeting!!!!!!!!
    the economy goes belly up,at least a generation of debt,the boys head of with fat pensions and I still have to pay 35e for a dead sheep!

    It's scale. You need to loose all your sheep and all your neighbours sheep and be the only one qualified to find them again
