Quick question about cv?

What do I put on my CV I'm still in college but I've deferred this Semester I will be going back to do the semester in January instead.
How would I write this on the cv?
I've also switched courses last year .
    Would I put the course I'm doing now 2013 - present - course name or just 2013 - 2014 ?
then the other course I did the previous underneath 2012- 2013 course name? I didn't pass all the modules that year.

And since I'm deferring this course I'm on now until next January how would I write it on the cv so they know I have a lot of time available so they won't think I'd be going back in September?

Should I talk/mention all the modules I've done? the jobs I'd be applying for is just fashion retail as thats also an area I'm hoping to get into when I've completed college.
    Thanks

I would just post what course you have studied & from when. If the modules are relevant to the role, stick some of them in. If questioned about why you changed, just say it wasn't for you. & just say you are deferring due to a personal commitment that is now completed. (dying granny that has since passed or something).
