ISS or not?

    Am based in Dublin. Approx 2212 hrs east to west . Moving across sky. Seemed to be flashing consistant every 2 seconds. happy that the misses was there to spot it too as im scratching my head over this one!

    ISS moves west to east and does not flash. If it was flashing and consistently then it was an aircraft.

    The ISS appeared from the west at 9:49pm right on cue.
    Another object followed on roughly the same path about 5 minutes later.I think another thread mentioned this as being a satellite.
    Wasnt outside at the time of the thing youre asking about but it wasnt the ISS.
    I'm in Dublin too, lovely clear sky tonight.
