    Hi can anyone tell me if the brendan behan pub in lanzarote old town still open i am going over in may ,any help would be great,tried

    I can't think of many things I'd like to do less than to drink pints of Magner's in an Irish pub with a load of sunburnt package holidayers in Lanzarote.

    Well its better than sitting in an irish pub in ireland paying top dollar for lager thats half the price over there

    Whilst I'm not part of that fictional social clique, it would most definitely be preferable than getting mouldy with Jayo and 'da lads' in some shrine to Paddy-whackery in the sun.

    Yeah, how dare people go on a holiday that they would enjoy. Much better idea is to go on a holiday that you wouldn't enjoy but your peers will give you greater cultural kudos for doing so. Now that does sound fun and so rewarding.
