Wouldn't mind escaping the city with the missus to some tranquil place in Cork. Seems like the weather will be grand.

I'm not a Cork man so I don't have a clue about places to stay in the region. Thanks.

What is it your looking for?
Kinsale or Clonakilty are good options for restaurants and pubs. Kinsale is bigger and has charles and jamesfort nearby but Clonakilty has a nicer coastline and beaches nearby.
Crookhaven is a great little village near barley cove beach.
