    Not very readily. The 300 is firmer to the touch. Is it marked or printed-upon with any data- or should be.

    No marking on the EPS. Specification was for EPS 100 under slab and EPS 300 under walls but I can't see any difference in the EPS under both.

    Dont go to sleep here. Stop works if you have to allow the supplier visit the site and confirm the materials.
    But in the meantime EPS 300 would feel in the hand noticeably tougher and less compressible then EPS 100.
    When cut the "grain" density of 300 would appear less "gappy" than 100.

    But don't establish the facts of your materials only after they are built over.

    I've never seen insulation without even a marking on the wrapping. Manufacturer, material, lot/batch number at a minimum.
