I'm trying to decide which classes would be best to build core strength for running. I've been running a couple years now and really should have started before this but the big groups in some classes intimidate me.

Can you recommend what you found most beneficial - pilates, kettlebells, yoga, HIIT..? I'd appreciate any suggestions at all, there are so many out there at the minute finding it hard to narrow it down.

I'm based in Dublin. I'm a member of a gym in town that has a wide variety of classes just not sure what would be best
