Line Attenuation increasing, and connection randomly drops.

    Can a rep please look into my line and see why my attenuation is increasing and take the appropriate action to stabilise it?

    I'm sick of random disconnects, and skipping when I game online.

    I'd be surprised if I get a response from a rep, I never usually do.
