Main road splits farm block, shed & meadows on 1 side & grazing on other. Had drinker coming from neighbors but not an option anymore. Heard of a guy who could bore under the road, but he's unavailable for a while (lots on). Does anyone know of anybody who does this work?

2 cars can meet, but you'd have to pull in if you met a lorry.
    Ground is dry.
