Algarve using Budget Travel query

Looking at a good enough last minute deal to the Algarve for 3 nights 88pp but its based on 2 adults and a child, is it possible to pay for a child but just the two of us go or would they refuse to let us fly or stay in accommodation without a child with us! Its on budget travel
