Facebook Business Page - Reviews sometimes showing?

    Hi

I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this. I have a business page on Facebook, with a reviews section. When I log on as an admin, the reviews section appears blank. If a friend of mine who likes the page views it, she also sees an empty reviews section. However, some other people who like our page can see the reviews. I don't understand why some can see reviews and some can't, anyone any ideas?

    Many thanks
    Clare

Make sure everyone use the same browser - latest firefox or chrome or something.
It could be that different browsers handle the page differently.

If you find that a particular browser isn't showing the review, let FB know so they can test and fix it.

Some users see the reviews in Firefox, others don't - same with Chrome and IE. Just can't figure this one out!

Make sure you are using the latest version of whatever is your preferred browser.

This is due to the privacy settings of the person who made the post & is a major flaw in FB as far as I am concerned.
If a person reviews your page you should be able to see it, to thank them if it is positive & to address the issue if it is negative.

Competitors (or anyone for that matter) can currently leave you a 1 star rating but set the privacy of the post so you cannot see it. Look at most biz pages on FB, hover over the ratings and you can see how many of each star there is.
I'd imagine if a page has a large amount or great feedback & then some single star reviews that cannot be seen, it is someone being sneaky.

The default is public though (and on mobile seems to be the only setting). Mind you, when somebody has something negative to say on Facebook they try and make it as public as possible. If they choose an audience setting other than public then fewer people can see it.

Yes but a competitor or anyone else can only do that once. The biz owner still sees the total number of stars - who gave the stars is of more importance to those connected to the person than the biz itself.
