going to france for two weeks and bringing my google nexus 10 tablet and phone, want internet access

i looked around and some people recommend using a uk provider called global gig but it costs around £80 or data roam a different company has an option for £50 but you have to have an unlocked dongle or mifi whatever that is, anyone any suggestions?

How much Internet do you need?
Could you just buy a PAYG sim in France? Load it up with credit and work thru it and then use the Wifi in cafes/your hotel or do you need an absolute bucket load?

that sounds good but how do i know if they have the right sim for my tablet/phone?

All SIMs now are standard, the come in the larger size, but if you look close you'll see the outline for the 'small' SIM in it....

Better yet, just bring the tablet with you into a phone shop and ask them to do it for you. I had a wee bit of trouble with my SIM that I got in Poland, had to call them up and configure it, but worked out fine in the end.
