    I don't really care if pubs are opened or closed next Friday but it is rediculous that they are closed because of religion. Why should the religous crowd enforce abstinence on the whole population.

    Why should non believers have to respect the holy day/s? I am around long enough to remember when the catholic church terrorised this nation.

    There should not be laws banning the sale of drink on days when some of the population celebrate their airy fary leaders death.

    Change the law and let us continue to enjoy or abuse alcohol on "good Friday".
