Court order stipulation explained

    Hey helpful people,

Recently applied and was granted access to my daughter (thank god) but one or two of the stipulations are a little confusing and I don't want to deviate from the law.

    1

"All access is personal to the father who shall personally supervise same"

Does this mean it's personal I.E no one else's business or personal I.E no one else can take her for a bit? I want to go out to buy a car tomorrow night but she'll be in bed by that time in my parents house. Is that do-able?

    2

"Father is to adhere to any medical/Dietary and sleeping arrangements for the infant as advised by the mother"

Unavoidably at the moment she has to share a room. Can her mother turn around and say "thats not good enough! her own room or you can't have her!"

Any advice or information would make my life easier…. so thanks in advance.:D

Can't give legal advice as it's against the rules, in any event the best person to give advice is your solicitor as he will have all the info.
