Quebec Skilled Worker (QSW) Program. (or similar)

    Hi guys and gals,

I went through an online questionnaire yesterday with canadavisa.com and got my reply this morning.

"Based on the information you have provided, you appear to be eligible to submit an application for a Canadian Permanent Resident Visa through the Quebec Skilled Worker (QSW) Program."

Now, looking into a bit more, I can see that it would cost the bones of US €4,000, so I'm not sure, as a masters mature student, if I can afford it yet, but where there's a will there is a way.

Anyone ever gone through a similar type of visa in another state?
