complaint to gardai

    i m wondering if anyone knows anything in relation to a problem i had ,i rang the guards to tell them some xxxxx had speeded off in a car with my son in it and his mother and was worried that he got home okay so they went to the house and checked ,the guard rang me back and said everything was fine .anyhow after my compaint do the guards have a record of this in case i need to use this in court

    It's hard to say, the only way to find out is to go to a garda station. Knowing the day you made the call will also help.
