Hi All, Quick question, The cam shaft bolt in my car went. Its a 07 Kia magentis CRDI. The head unit was fixed a month ago along with the hydraulic lifters in the engine. A mechanic in Kildare town said the new problem is caused by the old bolt shearing. Should this have been replaced by the person who did the head unit.…

Hi All,

Quick question, The cam shaft bolt in my car went. Its a 07 Kia magentis CRDI.
The head unit was fixed a month ago along with the hydraulic lifters in the engine.

A mechanic in Kildare town said the new problem is caused by the old bolt shearing. Should this have been replaced by the person who did the head unit.

Aldo how much would repairs cost on this. Any if anyone knows a good mechanic in Kildare town.
