    Hi all

I'm trying to find out info about a derelict house I'm interested in buying. Owner has left and apparently its in the hands of the bank. The bank in question has no information, nor Dublin City Council.

    Anywhere else I can go?

    Thanks
    ftc

    in about 15 minutes.

office is in dublin city centre ,

deeds office more likely to have house ,owner info.
    date house bought, owners name.

or go onto landregistry.ie, search using map function, locate property.

For 5euro, can then get a PDF of the folio info, including , land area, owner, bank mortgage provider etc. emailed within seconds...

IF owner is not listed on land registry ,
    look at deeds registry website.
Local people might know if you wanna ask them .

i saw 3bed house knocked down by council,
    100 years old,
owner had passed away, house was empty, derelict.
    dublin2.
