Looking for some help please, the light in the picture came on this morning on way to work, my owner's manual is at home, so I can't look it up till this evening, it's an Audi A4 diesel, could anyone tell what this indicates?

    Thanks.

Think its to warn you of worn brake pads.

I seem to remember that warning can come up on that model A4, if one of the brake light bulbs has gone, as well as it warning about worn pads.

    Worth checking that first.

Thanks guys. Safe (ish) to drive anyway. I'll check brake lights but pad wear would probably be the problem.

It's the warning light for the front pads, depending on your driving style you could get months out of them yet.
