    Is there any job sites were the company deals direct with applicants and not agencies

    Pain in the face with agencies and profiting off you if you get a job

    Not that I know of. Jobs.ie has a check box to exclude agencies from your search results and a good few companies will advertise there directly. LinkedIn also often gets a lot of direct companies advertising, at least the bigger ones.

    Otherwise, some agencies will copy & paste a job spec directly, and by searching for specific parts of the description you can sometimes track down the original company (use the speech marks function in google) and apply directly.
