Replacement cooker knobs

Hi,

I'm looking to get a replacement cooker knob for a hotpoint cooker. The one that is one it melted due to heat from a pan!

Why are these things so expensive and where could I get a replacement cheaply?

It looks like a G640SX but the knobs are silver (this has lifted with heat and the knob has melted back into the knob meaning that it is difficult to tell if the knob is off or not).

Thanks - just realised it is a Hoover, not a Hotpoint. This is the knob - do you know if there is anywhere that would be cheaper? It's a lot of doe for a plastic knob (low quality one at that!).

I've used these before, based in frederick st, dublin and they seem to have hotpoint cooker knobs

Thanks - tried to get it fro the link I had, but they send out incorrect one and am now awaiting another delivery!
