april 2014 and the 1st yellow packs in the defence forces will be forced out off their jobs for not making the rank of SGT Alot off these men and women will be around 38-42 years old and are well able to continue in their current employment but wont be let due to the stupid contracts that the defence forces are working under since 1994............rant over:pac::pac::pac::pac:

im going to be 38 and made retire!!!! And im alot fitter than most of the young lads coming in to the army at the min

SO what you're saying is that we only need them for a couple of months, and not all year.
Lets keep on everyone, and recruit then on top of that...........sounds like a real money-saver.

All depends on were you are stationed more promo`s in different barracks alot of lads i trained with have made the rank....im just not gonna make the time frame to get to sgt (have the course done) and a trip overseas within the rank

Yeah but they need to keep it cool, like Gadaffi. Sure he took over the country but he was happy out as a Colonel. I respected him for that.
