    I have to say I'm very surprised at this but I'm not sure how else to react about it.
    Is this a good or bad thing for our economy? I would imagine a bad thing as a source of income has been lost.

    so all the consultants and feasibility study people have got their money and now it's time to move onto the next project that will never get done and milk a few 100k each from the government
