    External batteries !

Not sure where you read there is external batteries but there isn't. I use 2 Duracell AA rechargeable batteries with these and they last about 3 months between charges.

I've gone through 2 of these over the last 3-4 years. They are excellent, my missus has the oral-b 4000 rechargeable model and while its obviously better than this for this price I'm definitely buying another 2 of these

Also in case anyone is unsure about replacement toothbrush heads the entire oral-b electric range uses the same heads so its very easy to buy replacements when the time comes.

    Thanks OP, great find.

There's same one from Colgate in Tesco for 5.94 as half price! Imo it's far better bargain!

You need to spend over £25 to get free delivery to Ireland.

    Parcel motel :)

Yep that's the other option. €3.50 to stay in a Parcel Motel (plus whatever it costs you to get to the parcelmotel).
You'll have to spend €10 topping up if you haven't previous credit left.

I think it's easier just find stuff on Amazon that you actually need. Food stuffs, clothes, whatever to get you to £25.

Apparently there are ways around the £25 too. Like ordering an item with a slow dispatch time and cancelling it when the other part of the order has shipped.
