Plaster cracks on nail area

    Hi,
my friend has a newly build home. The place has 5months after built and he moved in something like 2 months ago or so.
In some areas (like 3 or 4 spots), 2 being the ceiling you can see some lumps, I assume its on the nails or screws (not sure what is in use) area.. I suppose with time this will lead the lump to crack and the plaster to fall.

At the time the snagging was done this was not noticeable. Is this normal thing to happen or its something you should go back to the builder with?

    Thank you

Not a big deal. Take off lose plaster, drive the nail or screw properly and fill. With thousand of screws it always happens in a few spots.

    Thank you.
If more of these start to show up and pop up should i assume it is normal?
I mean, this is a new built house. Should i expect to go off and start doing repatching and diy?

to answer it correctly it should not happen if the screws are not put in properly and then checked before skimming. thats the difference between a good plasterer and an ok one. get the plasterer back it is on him. end of. the numbers of screw pops will mulitply over time
