A 5B is a form that goes to the employer when they haven't completed their part of the application form correctly. If your employer returned it Thursday ,you will have a decision before the end of the week.

Do you mind me asking when you applied? They received our application on the 24th of march and are working on the 14th currently its such a long wait :-(
